2012 Subaru Impreza used cluster

Hello , need help to sync used cluster . original cluster was lost. We got used cluster and car still cannot be started . As i understand used cluster must be syncronized to car. Please help correcting data in bin files.

Write chasis number to dump then sync using xtool

The instrument cluster is part of the immobilizer system for Subaru. You need Gscan to do this job.
