Faulty Audi A3/S3 8L Dash no displays working

Can anyone help me with a dash of Audi S3 8L. I have a faulty dash, I think it's dead processor.
When I give her power only a few LED shines.

I found on ebay a new CDVV 1303 M579 chip.

Question is he already programmed or empty? So can I use them?

Yer, I replaced the MC with a used one from an other dash.

ok i have heat the MC CDVV 1302 on the top left and cluster comes alive for a few minutes.so this means its fu... up.
can i change for another one simple?this MC is not crypto with immo data?

No, all car specific data is stored in a 8pin EEProm near the MC.
