Hyundai Elantra MB91F067CS

Hi guys
I have Hyundai Elantra 2016 and inside MB91F067CS.
I have Carprog Original. the carprog original is able to read this microprocessor, but I cant find this model's pinout or this microprocessor data sheet. Please if any of you have this, please give me the pinout.

Now I have other problem. I corrected the millage two times, one ith carprog and the other one with tachosoft. Both times the millage does not change, when I drive it. Tachosoft says that -<
It is possible that mileage will not change after editing, you will need to drive the car at least 15-50km for changes>
I drove it 50 miles, I turned off and on the battery butit did not change anything.. Has someone had this problem before,please help.
