Hyundai getz edc15C7 immo off

Hello.
I search a lot and i see a few files for immo off in this ecu.
Some peolpe say only with emulator.
Its a 0281011260
with the eeprom 5p08c3

Is it possible?
Only Eeeprom? or Flash too?

or relay only emulator.

Key without transponder.
If help possible ill post dumps or if anyone have working ones i thank a lot.
