porsche 911 antitheft / bcm module swap

hello guys, i have a porsche BCM to swap. the original was a flood. someone tried to repaired it but no luck. that technisican took out the eprom, and wont return to us. i have another bcm and would like to program it, clone. i dont have the eprom or the content of it. is there a way for me to program the new unit? without the porsche tool, i need to do this on the bench. this is the part number of the antitheft / bcm number 996.618.260.07. thnx guys

Did you manage to resolve the problem? I have a problem with a 2017 carerra 4s, the original BCM has corrupt eeprom. I need to swap it.

not yet, and yours is newer version. our car is 2000
