2011 Toyota avalon no start need help

I bought the 2011 Toyota Avalon the car does not start it has original smart key. When I press on the push start nothing happens, the steering lock does not respond and the push button
itself does not light up. I tried to replace the power source ECU, push bottom, steering lock, did not help. The diagnostic works only when I use external power direct to the fuse box. Also, the scanner
does not show any problems. Anyone please help.

Thanks my friends I think I find out the problem .ECU bad .When I removed ecu the dah panel start working .
Look like ECU was blocking LIN line batwin immo ,id box and steering lock .
