i have heard you can not virgin it just in 93c56 you need virgin it in hc05 as well.
Post EIS eeprom and me or someone else can match it for you. Personally I have only just fixed original module so I'm not sure if replacement will work with out editing hc05 or not. I hear different things from people on it.

Or you can just make new key. In your file only key 0,2 and 3 are bad. others should be ok. (or 1,3 & 4 depending on how your tool starts the count)
