Porche 911 996 lost original M534 file and need immo fix

Hello all,
Could anyone help me out with an immobiliser problem on a Porsche 911.
I read the M534 and safed the Config Data Dump of the Alarm´s module. The reason why I did that was to add an additional key with AVDI (Abrites).
Afterwards I tried to add an additional key to the module. That failed because file was not correct (message was shown in the AVDI software).
I read that eeprom (93LC66) in circuit again and during that reading something went wrong and deleted the content of the eeprom.
I tried to write back the original file to the eeprom but that don't work.
Attached is the file which i have read in circuit.
Does anyone know a solution to get the car running again?
Maybe a virgin dump would help M534 996.618.262.02?!

Take the car to your porsche-dealer and told them what you have done....and hope you didnt damaged your EEPROM.
so it should be able to be re-programmed (using PST2 or PIWIS) as long as an can acquire your car's IPAS codes.

If you wiped the EEPROM you lost the key data.
Porsche only store the immobiliser, DME programming, and teaching codes on their IPAS system - not the key remote codes. So you are looking at a minimum of one new key.

Had you taken it to a dealer, they would have been able to read out the key codes before changing the alarm control unit, and then written them back into the new module.

thanks for your answer, that's a very expansive solution.

I have to fix it on my own. I original AVDI and Abprog is available and that's all (hardware) what I believe which is needed do to the job.

I only need matched dumps (ME7.8 and M534) .

Key learning should be no Problem with AVDI (provided dumps are correct).

Please find attached files from DME (eeprom 5P08C3, read with AVDI via OBD), and M534 IMMO EEPROM 93LC66 file read with Programmer (Carprog).
