there any tool? which removes all data from ms 42/43 controller without soldering eeprom (immo data)

All tools which provice bootpin for 29F400 ... and siemens C167 prozessors...
So nearly all tools.

COM-KKl and JMGarageFlasher_ read and write full Flash in boot mode

if you need read ISN code, possible by obd about 1 second :)
