Toad Sterling One Pin extraction?

Recently bought an Ignis sport, and came with the Toad Sterling one system installed, only one remote working, issue is i can't program another remote as previous owner has lost the pin code.
anyone had any experience getting the pin for these? i've got orange 5 amongst other things to read the eeprom if possible to decode it?
any help would be appreciated.

2) read eeprom dont quote me on this, last line of hex in the middle
