First time in my life didn't unlock lock with hu66. Latter that car open guys from vw skoda officiel service how owner said with some vakum. Now oppening sensor for left door no work and central locking no work via mechanic key. With mechanic key we can lock and unlock driver door only. With remote all working well. Owner is angry at me, he say all worked before. I know didn't do any damages and he's cylinder lock working as before. I think guys for service burned something how can open the door. Someone know about tool which use officiel services and princip how this tool work?
Really strange for me.
Thanks

As far as i'm aware there is no vacuum tool to unlock cars, that would be too easy. The lock barrel is obviously linked to the door lock unit by a rod, and if it unlocks that door via the key it should be sending a signal to the comfort module to open the other doors, you need to do live readings on the comfort module to see if it receiving that command, if it isn't then you either have a broken wire (likely where the loom goes from the body to the door) or the lock itself has gone faulty (very common). If it is receiving the signal but is refusing to unlock the other doors, you probably have water damage in the comfort module (also common) and that will need to either be replaced or you can dry it out and see if its possible to repair, the comfort module sounds more likely since you have another issue with the other door too. I don't think anything damage would have been caused by you or vw service by the sounds of it and its likely just a coincidence

Thanks for reply. I fixed hundreds vag locks and all clear for me but I am angry also so don't want do anything in this car. Not possible damage anything inside door lock during picking cylinder with professional tools. But car has double lock system and no way open the door at another way, working key, remote or lock picking. Guys from vw service had not any of tham. I think they did some how can open car from inside. Maybe I am wrong?

They would have needed access to the OBD to force ignition/unlock doors but that wouldn't have been possible without either picking the lock or damaging a window, very strange, they might have just got lucky and was able to pick it. I don't blame you been angry i had a customer accuse me of programming a key wrong a couple weeks back on a kia and somehow that caused his rear window de-misters to short get too hot and shatter his window? :glee: they'll try anything on these days.
