The Cluster from my Audi A3 8p 2.0 tdi from 2004 was Died... and I need change it.
Its possible clone my old dash for a used dash with Arbitres or CARPROG?
Someone can help me with it?

2004 should work directly via obd with Carprog.

after you conect obd ,push repair dash ,will appear 0 km ask you new valuve ,must write then how you want
DO NOT buy another dash because no work to write old memory

Use abrites , read mac , cs , pin from ecu and program the new dash , after that program keys , carprog can do this job to .

I try Carprog with A1 adapter OBD direct on car and it dont work. I do Read IMMO and apear "CONNECT ERROR", and can't do anything.

hy .if you have carprog original must work ,i make a 2 days ago one dash same problem look like this foto your carprog :
first :restore /wakeup
prepare unlock dump
load unlock dump
change km

is good to work with original tool ,also you can ask suport online by codecard

If a1 is not working you need to rework the adapter , google search a1 adapter rework , it is not hard !

Use carprog 10.5 work for me with 8.21 no Immo data km chance is ok
