Hello
On my e91 2006 I have fault codes about two front abs sensors:
5D93 Wheel speed sensor (front left) plausibility
5DA3 Wheel speed sensor (front right) plausibiliy
FAult codes can be erased but when car going to acelerate, dsc lamp is intermittent on, and preventing the acceleration. In live data, during acceleration, two front sensors have 0 km/h speed. After few tries to go from 0 km/h, abs dsc and warning light came on, and these two fault codes came back. Abs sensors has been replaced, readers with bearing also. When I unplug the sensor, fault code is about wiring and permanent, when plug in back, fault disapear. I have decided to repalce abs/dsc unit but can something be repaired or reflashed in dsc unit?

Thanks

Check for mechanical first in your case not electrical nor electronic ... like tyre sizes and height or rear differential or far installed sensors

I have tried with other sensors, and wheel bearing. Problem still same. What about tyre or rear diff?

Read on tyres ***/***r** ... four wheels must be the same

Will try tommorow. I confused about no reading speed from two front wheels

All tyres are 18" and same dimensions. What procedure is for replacing dsc unit?

If you changed the ABS sensor (7) and wheel bearing assembly (5), make sure there is no corrosion that would prevent the sensor from being seated properly.

If the clearance is too large between the sensor and the ring on the backside of the wheel bearing you will get plausibility errors at low speeds. Do your front ABS sensors read well above 50km/h ?

Changing DSC module is easy, disconnect battery and replace with identical part #. It needs coding (INPA + NCS Expert or BMW Scan tool) if the transmission type is different from donor car, ie: Manual to automatic.

read parameters when driving. when you drive 4 abs sensors must have same speed. If some wheel have different speed or some strange behavior like 20-0-20 that is your problem. Once i have problem with real poor quality sensor measure wrong valve but i thing its mechanical problem. And once i have problem with sensor screw that his magnetic field make real strange problem. Without screw works fine when screw is on his place some heretic parameters :)
