vmax current is 170 km/h

normally are present 2 methods active on mj8, first is a single 8 bit byte of config (on your file is already set to 0) and the second is MAX speed for a specified gear change at 1F0282 : 1x7 16 bit value 46080 x 0,003906 = 180 kmh
