2006 VW Golf

Hi Guys, I need your help a guy dropped off a 2006 VW Golf that somebody else messed up the dash on. anyway he has a secondhand dash from another car and it wont start due to immobiliser, I have the X-tool and see the menu for immo off via OBD on the vag edc16 menu but i am not sure of the procedure how to do it , would someone be kind enough to give me the instructions via obd please, Appreciate your help.
