Hello. I have a big problem with vw passat b7 2.0tdi. The mechanic replaced ELV lock without knowing that a new ELV needs to be added. The car came to me on a tow truck. I pulled out the Engine ECU and read to get the PIN. Unfortunately, after entering the PIN to the immobilizer (or any other module in the car), the PIN code is incorrect. I dismantled the CCM module and read the EEPROM, but the PIN stored in it is the same as in the Engine ECU. I planted an old ELV and the situation looks the same. I bought a second CCM module, lost the EEPROM and nothing changed. The original CCM has a 255min time lock active, I have waited this time without any changes. The lock is not active on the new CCM. In the CCM module in diagnostics it does not display the serial number, vin number and the number of added keys equals 0, and in the EEPROM ball the key codes, vin and serial number are saved. Is anyone able to help me or give me a solution? Is ASO able to repair this car on vas / odis? Could the car be locked in any way by connecting a brand new non-added ELV? Thank you for any help, I'm out of ideas.

So if I understand correctly a new ELV was placed, without being adapted at first ?
And now (obviously) you cant adapt it anymore?

I can't add a new ELV because the CCM module don't accept the pin code

If you have old elv and it's work same %,you can try put this in car turn ignition and insert login then if login acept without turn ignition off replace elv to new and adptation.

My guess is he doesn't have the old ELV anymore, if he had he would have succeeded already.
