Hello,

Can not find any info on the 4 position switch on the INPA K+Dcan cable with switch.
Anybody can through some light here as the Chinese are in the dark... :mad-new:

If my memory is good, it's between pin 7&8 you need to switch, don't connect together, I tried and all Can bus was crashed on x6, need to learn steering, ews, etc...

Thank You but the switch has 4 positions similar to equiveland Fiat cable. What each position is for and when to switch? Before or after software start etc...

They may be using a 4 position switch, but only 2 positions are really needed. One position connects (shorts) pin 7 to pin 8. The other position leaves pin 7 and pin 8 not connected between them.

just 2 of those really do something ;)
as far as i know its to switch between k-line and can protocols ;)

it is just a switch connecting pin 7 and 8
