ISN decryption Mini R60

Hi friends,
I'm trying to decrypt a ISN from a MPC file of a EDC17C41 DDE (Mini Countryman Cooper D 2012).
This is my first time.
A friend of mine helped me a lot but he's not sure about ISN.
Anybody could help me?

Cas died, so I wrote VIN on a used one. But it is mandatory ISN too to start engine.
And i can easely write isn on the cas using R270. But I'm not sure about the location of ISN on the DDE MPC file.
DDE is a edc17c41 model. I used ktag to download mpc and eeprom files.
