Ford Transit Connect 2006 Sync

Can someone tell me, if there is problem between DASH and ECU with the sync?

1) I tried to use the program "Ford all in ONE" but can't recognise he files.
2) I have made new chip (4D) with TANGO, but the car doesn't recognise the chip (the light on the DASH is still in red).
3) The antenna is OK

I upload the files from DASH and ECU. Thanks !!!!

DASH - MC9S12H256 (1K78X) read with ORANGE
ECU - ST95320 read with ORANGE

Nothing again...the car does not start.(of course all the wires and the fuses are ok)
