VW Passat B8 Keyless go No Ignition Key not detected

Hi guys, I had this problem today.... VW Passat B8,2016, keyless go, says on dash Key Not detected,see owner's manual.....
I checked the key is fine, frequency and chip, I put key close to induction coil but same message comes.....Something went wrong with car but I can not give ignition on to hook the diagnostic tool......
How can I give a force igntion on this car? thanks

Check key battery there is a slot where you can
Put the key in if the key battery is dead check on
