2014 Subaru Outback all keys lost immo off? programming?

Hello friends.

I have a 14 subaru outback in my shop. Regular key not smartkey.

All keys are lost. I have cut new key with blank immobilizer but cannot get to program via OBD.

Anyone on here that can help me? I have VVDI prog. I can read eeprom ?

I will paypal for help no problems.

Put file I will check if any of my tools recognize file. . I had similar problem long time ago and only way I was able to program was through dump, OBD did not work even with dealer key ...

He said he would pay... Dk rules only help I do not want any money... I can help but must post dump. Yes remove bcm and read target device and post .
