Hi everybody!
I have the same issue on my device.

I have started in emergency mode (2). With SD card and new firmware -
Release = "MST2_EU_VW_PQ_P0478T"

First question: It that the right sw?

If yes, is that the right structure on the card?
I have the following structure on the FAT32 SD card:

bluetooth
cpu
cpuplus
front
main
mainplus
powerc
prox
touch
metainfo2

How could I identifier a hardware damage on the board?
What can I do to start the update via SD card in emergency mode?

Thanks in advance.
