Jeep cherokee 2.5TD Immo off

Hi guys i have a problem with Cherokee, the last key is lost and now it starts for a 3 seconds then dies (starting with a cloned key without transponder) . ECU is BOSCH 0281001437 MSA15.5 with 24c02 eprom. Here is the file attached.

hello friend this will take out the 24C02 and starts the vehiulo the only problem is that the turbo does not respond
