eprom disaster in xsara sagem2000-29 any help

hi i tried swap eprom from old ecu a new , but the old was very hard fixed with silicone and broken when i take out , the ecu is 9643134580 sagem 2000-29 i have dump for the other ecu , can anyone help me ? i need virgin dump or inmo off ( please tested )

is inmo off but no aircondition , and cant change configuration , but work

here finally i do virging dump and can change the configuration for air condition , tested ( just need change the kind of presure sensor of the ac lineal or 3 ways)
