MITSUBISHI PAJERO -- BENCH WORK

hello house,..
I have a Mitsubishi Pajero 2000 from a distant customer..it is an AKL . Wanted to make keys on bench and I asked for Immoblizer. Here is the immobilizer but Then I am stuck on how to read this immo chip as instructed by Tango

I have orange 5 and UPA
Can I be able to read this? Does anyone Know how? school me.

Only few programmers can read this mcu.
Etl,tmpro and a Chinese from cgdi.

I was wondering If I can make Key on obd since currently I do not have ETL, TMPRO and CGDI
will ikey 820, skp 900, xtool pad 2, fvdi 2018 do?

I wanna get ready....If these cant do then I will walk away from this job
