I need a Flash and Eprom dump for the Motorola 3K91D. When reading from the X prog, I damaged the content HW08 SW18. I tried the files I found on the HW09 SW19 forum, but the dashboard won't work properly.

Hey, been there.
You can flash a different SW version as long as you flash both Flash and EEPROM and the HW version is correct.
Here's some tested HW08 files, there are 2 versions inside (R270 and inverted).
