Update : I have resolved problem , my Firefox blocked access to these files.

I am having trouble communicating with the cd400 radio on a 2013 meriva (it won't go into radio mode, stuck in aux unless i put a cd in then plays cd ok, all other controls ok volume, next rack etc) thought give opcom a try see if it can show/do anything.
When I select Radio / Chime control module I get " The file cannot be loaded INSIGNIARADIO ", am I doing some thing wrong? nobody else any where in the internet world seems to be reporting this so suspect its me. I have tried versions 200603a, 191022a,181022a on 2 different pc's win 10 and win 7, all the same.

Your interface has a fake PIC 18F458 and by doing the FW update you just "killed" it.
The easiest way is to buy another interface with a real PIC.

I believe the PIC is fake.
But since you say it's real, you can always try to fix it using an external programmer.

If the interface is FW 1.70, FW 1.78, FW 1.99 then it means fake PIC.

Welcome to Windows 10 after uninstalling the Ftdi drivers and installing v20830 it's ok but after turning on the computer for the second time I have a newer driver again and it doesn't work how to block assign this driver to opcom?
do you also have v 200603a Prof auto scan of the vehicle does not work?

Diagnostic is OK, but I wanted to perform an injectors test.

I receive an error ''Not supported on this version'' or ''Under development'', I don't remember exactly the text.
I have used version 181022a. If I install version 200603a, should it work?

Just install and check.
You can install all versions SW of Fantomel Opcom . They do not interfere with each other.
If there are no special functions related to injectors, look for them in the "live data" of the engine.

I have an OP-COM Bulgarian with German software and have tested the software from Fantomel, it worked great, but I had to flash the OP-COM RESTORE.ocfd to make it work. But now I can no longer use the German software, how can the OP-COM reset RESTORE.ocfd?

You need a "bin" file which will make your Opcom HQ clone again. I think the seller will do it, i.e. the SKLAD 66 store. (they also repair interfaces)
You should have bought a second Chinese Opcom with a real PIC 18F458 instead of reprogramming the Bulgarian one.

I see you didn't understand what I mean.
Your Opcom has a real PIC 18F458 but to make it HQ CLONE again which will work with Opcom 21xxxxx DE you need to reprogram it the same way as you did with OCFlash "RESTORE ocfd". You need the appropriate "BIN HQ CLONE" file for this.
Ask the Bulgarian shop "S66" about it

Got a clone interface, looks like the proper one.

Gonna also play around with CH-CAN modification.
Have an or V5 schematic diagram and this other little thing diagram.
But don't have a schematic (or anything else) how to connect them properly.
Can you please share some schematics or smth?

With Win7 the opcom works perfectly, in Windows 10 it is almost unusable, very big lags. Does anyone have a similar problem?

It's the fault of too new drivers. Uninstall the interface and drivers. Then install the drivers that are included in the Fantomel software ("DRIVER"). They cannot be newer than 07/2013.

All FTDi drivers till 2.10 included are good to not get the activation messages. On newer version you will get that, so install for your interfaces older version till 2.10 included.

Hello. I have an opcom purchased on aliexpres that curiously comes with the Fantomel 200603 version with a pendrive that had to be connected to install the program. My Insignia 2014 reads all the modules but I cannot read measurement blocks. I have tried the version of Fantomel 191022 advance but it does not recognize the ecu and the 161001 adv either. The same thing happens to someone. Thank you

Hi!

I saw in a youtube video that with opcom (opcom eprom dump tool) you can calculate the car pass from the eprom content. Which version is it in? I saw that in the main window, before selecting the vehicle, you have to click twice and the tool will appear. I know that for this you have to read the eprom content from the radio or the tid, but it would still be a big help.

Hi all.
Looking for a little advice / help / guidance here.
I've downloaded the Opcom Professional version of the software and have installed it onto my Windows 11 based laptop.
The program appears to have installed without any problems, the little pop up showing the two driver packages ticked also appeared, and I'm pretty sure I followed the install instructions to the letter.
I plugged my Opcom interface into the laptop, did the "Test Interface" and nothing happened.
I then went into device manager and the Opcom interface is recognised but when clicking on the details it states that "No drivers are installed for this device"
I've gone through the "Update / install Driver" process, etc, without success.
Am I missing something here ?
I've included two pictures of the front and back of the interface, hopefully for confirmation that I do have a "Good" interface.
Your help / advice would be much appreciated.

Try disabling the "digital driver signature" request. Drivers are located in the Opcom root folder (DRIVER). If you use SW Opcom from Fantomel, they work best on OS WIN 7 32bit.

Your interface looks like the good old V5.
It does not have the D5 and C22 elements that accompany the fake PIC18F458 chip.

If you change the firmware using OCFlash and your Opcom still connects to the car and does diagnostics, it is of good quality.

If it does not connect to the car, it is "dead".

I'm back.
I've tried the disable digital driver signing, but unfortunately this has not been successful, I still cannot get the drivers installed, I've tried this using Fantomels Opcom software on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 based laptops, I did dig out the old XP based laptop with Opcom 08/2010 software version installed and the interface test worked no problem and shows installed firmware version as V 01.45

Not sure what to try now as it seems the Fantomel Opcom software has installed and is working ok, and the problem is just that I can't get the drivers installed.

Thank you, but I've already tried that on two separate laptops, (Windows 10 and Windows 11) without any success.

(Makes no difference on either machine)

Interface can be flashed with different firmwares, and works perfect on old laptop running Windows XP.

I have even installed Fantomels Opcom Pro software on the old XP laptop, where the drivers are installed and the interface test works perfect, but only using on Opcom 08/2010 software.

If I try the interface test on Fantomels Opcom Pro, on this XP laptop, absolutely nothing happens, if I run the Vauxcom program on the XP laptop, the interface test ends with "Connect interface or install drivers" message, these two interface test results, are exactly the same when doing the tests on both the Windows 10 and Windows 11 based laptops.

(No Windows XP installed on either of those Two Windows 10 / 11 laptops)

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

All versions Prof work fine, the advanced version doesn't work for me (no car connection), what could be the reason?

I tested all ADVANCED versions from Fantomel. Opcom ADV 11 and 16ADV versions work. (I read carpass in Vectra C 1.9CDTI and AstraG/H 1.8/1.4 petrol engine) They work poorly with newer Opels.
I was unable to connect to any Opel using OP 19 ADV.
In Opcom 16ADV version you need to change REVISION to "B".

Hello guys, I`m using chinese opcom v1.70 and Fantomel`s OP-COM 200603a Prof. I was able to successfully connect to the ECU of Astra J 2015, engine B16DTL, but when goind to Engine Data ->"Measuring Blocks", there is no data snown, the values are empty. Could you please advise, what could be the issue here? 10x

Hi I have all your versions which are great only problem, I tried all the drivers, all the firmware from 1.39 to 1.67 and every time I look at the block measurements when saving the datalogs the software crashes and stops. Any idea of the problem
