How to read ECUs SAK-C167

Hello friends, I have two ECUs with processor infineon SAK-C167, in the same PCB have 29F400 (maps) and eprom (immo), I consult xprog, vvdi prog, ktag, kess, upa, wellon and I don´t find how read this processor SAK-C167, somebody can read? help me? Thanks very much.

That processor accepts bootmode. Present in many ECD15 and ME7 ecus for example. Anyway it has only 32Kb internal memory, normaly relies on external flash. With bootmode you can read all memories, internal, external and serial eeprom.

Have VIN and others informations programmed in the processor, I need change.

Don’t think you are gonna change anything on that processor’s irom, guess is factory programmed and otp. Also doubt VIN gonna be stored there, most likely all that data is in serial eeprom.
