2019 Chevrolet Traverse 13524223 No Communication. Common 2019+ GM SRS issue

Like many 2019 and newer GM SRS Control Modules that stop communicating after accident, especially the ones that start in part # "1352" ,
I also have one like that here:
2019 Chevrolet Traverse 13524223, after accident: No Communication.
cleared crash by direct connection to MCU chip, and still no communication.

I also have a clean airbag controller and it does not communicate.
