Error while transferring data in reading Kessv2?

Hey guys, I have a question about Kess V2. I tried reading the ID of my Renault, and it worked, after that I tried reading the ECU with K suite and got the error: ''error while transferring data in reading'' so I was wondering what I was doing wrong?

Car: Renault megane 3 2012 1.5 DCI 6MT 110ps
ECU: Continental/Siemens

Yea I have actually noticed my voltage dropping below 12v, I will try to do it with a 13v power adapter indeed. Any recommendations? Like a picture or anything of the adapter what can help me? Thanks a lot btw

Never let the voltage go below 12v that's asking for trouble get it around 13 to 14v then try again
