Vw 1.6 tdi ECU cloning or adaptation to used one

Hi Guys i need to clone a vw ECU of a 1.6 tdi Golf to a used one. the details of the original (and faluty, one inyector dont work) are:

VW 04L907445E
DELPHI 28499989 DH1 D0S 02.03.17 UPS6 2369

I have a spare one (used from Junkyard) and the question is the better way tu install the used:
-Adaptation of the used one (RossTech said if you have security code of both can be adapted easy....no idea how to obtain this security codes)
-Cloning the Ecu, this model i never done and dont know how yet
-Swaping components from old one to new one, very hard to open this ECU, main tape i success to open and cant find any eeprom to swap)
-Another brilliant idea to do the job from you

Thanks figani for your opinion. I was thinking about possibilities to swap the ECU. I can´t found information about this ECUs (probably too "modern"). I´m start thinking about your suggestion with Odis with account but i don´t know if using a used one is allowed
