As of today, there are many ways to decode this interesting ECU :) here is one of them by VAG IMMO CALCULATOR software :

To properly decrypt data from eeprom, you also need MCU ID (as in PCR2.1), to read this number an application communicating via the passthru interface (openport) with the ECU is used.

Of course, you can also use to unlock ECU the UNICAN immobilizer emulator.
