Insignia idle problem

Hi friends. Situation is next. Car was some problems with unstable idle. Car is Insignia 1.6 Turbo A16LET engine. Engine ecu is 0 261 S06 391, software now is 1037546994, before update was 1037509827. In service with Launch diag. they do it TVA reset and after that car was start to work on 2000 RPM. That time appears some DTCs which was unable to erase without battery disconnection. Now no DTC but car work on 2000rpm. In live data i can see that default value for RPM is 2000 and real rpm are 2000. With GDS2 i am try to reprogram engine ecu but for Idle settings, software tell me that for this ecu is not possible. With GDS2 i do not even have TVA reseting. I guess that Launch has change something in eeprom part and i do not have idea how to solve this. Car was driven in Opel service and all what they do it is that they upgrade flash software and problem still the same. I am send now original files from engine ecu. I do not have any other eeprom content from this kind of ecu. I do not know it is possible to use eeprom from another ecu (if i found) and make car to start?

There is only flash file. I do not need flash, i need eeprom.

Hello try to read manual how to fix that problem.
I remember i got one opel to and problem be same in that problem help me tech2 and to do adaptacion and car back to normal idle speed.

I am tried with OEM diagnostic, for this ecu not possible to adjust idle speed. There is option but for this ecu not supported. I can only update software in flash. Car also was in Opel service but there they know nothing. I must learn them how to use diagnostic. I have online access but not possible
Where to find any manual for this?
