thx for your replies. I thought that reading the IMMO IC, re-programming (IMMO-OFF) and writing it back to the IC wold be enough.
Could you pls. explain to me, the reason for reading the CEM instead the IMMO on the ECU?

i guess and it is still guess, that my ECU or the software and hardware architecture are different.

ECU is a ME7.0 from BOSCH --> refer to the attached pic

Go to nearest garage for repair

Nah it will be easier to buy a starter kit.

ECU +ecm+coil immo +Key.

There are very cheap set.

i have checked the car.
There is NO CEM Module installed
There is only this black IMMO-Box

Therefore i guess, that either for the "old" C70 models this IMMO is just inside the ECU or i must read out the black IMMO box, somehow ?

Any thoughts about it?
