Stuck at booting

HI...
my Dream 800HD was working fine...but got stuck at some point.
I tought was the box stuck, and just removed the power cord and put it back. when it recovers, does to the DHCP message and next to DreamBox Multimedia Booting and hangs there when the progression bar gets to some 10%.... the red led (over the stand By button ) starts to flash VERY Slow...and no more progression
I have reloaded the flash , over rs232 cable,... It completes, I can talk to the box...but it gets back to the same problem over and over.

I appreciate any help ...

as with any genuine dm 800 problems like this are normally solved by loading the officail image from dream with null modem then load your fav image .
