Fiat Delphi BSI

does anyone know where the location is stored for the remote control key??


i know the eeprom 93c66 is for the PIN.

the bsi is broken water damage i cloned eeprom 93c66 car start

Post a Pic of full PCB, maybe in your donor BCM there isn't radiofrequency receiver

It has a remote control. It is an integrated circuit next to quartz, probably U3741BM.

The U3741BM (https://www.ret.hu/media/product/10461/592390/u3741bm.pdf) it's just a receiver w/o any kind of info storage possibilty for the remote stuff
The Mitubishi MCU (m37632mct (https://datasheet.datasheetarchive.com/originals/distributors/Datasheets-302/34990.pdf)) don't have eeprom like storage capacity only RAM and ROM but i only found m37630 description maybe the m39632 series equipped with eeprom storage too.

Try to exchange the MCU too.

Pal all Fiats you need to precode the BSI chip 93c66 on this one.

yes EEPROM not enough. These BCMs come coded from dealer and only need keys programmed along with CAN config.

IE you can not clone BCM by just eeprom alone !

IE you can not clone BCM by just eeprom alone !I've cloned this Delphi bcm many many times with only eeprom swaping, and never had problems, there is two types of bcms

1. Model is 1999-2003 which part number starting with number 4
2. Model is from 2003-to last one, which part number start with number 5

All data is stored to eeprom 93c66, and there is possibility to program remote, but on this car remote didnt working before water damage original bcm.

Becasue remote it should worked when member swap eeproms.
