SPS2 GM TECHLINE ERROR E9062

Hello guys,

Im stuck with programming a new ECU from dealership.
A SID309

For a Opel Movano 2015

Configuration + setup went ok. and software program.

Problem is when try to do Immobilizer learn it fails and gets error : E9062: You are not able to perform the selected functionality due to insufficient secuirity level.

using:

Orginal MDI2 Interface
Orginal GM TECHLINE Licence

does somebody know how to solve this problem ?
