Greetings,

when I start Renault automatic configuration module or Reprograming module,when i get to Automatic VIN recognition or enter info manually, program closes ...

I am using Bosch KTS 560 as passthru interface

Anyone have similiar issue?

I managed to solve by using another laptop, but now im getting another issue , when i try to reprogram module online i get this error

Solved. It was renault server side issue, tech support fixed it
