EWS4.35 Mini cooper N52 unable to add key

Hello friends,
Unable to add key to EWS4.35 (mini cooper N52).there is one working key. i read eeprom from EWS with vvdi prog.But any attempts to register the key are unsuccessful.
I tried both in used positions and not used.transponder written ok but car can't see new transponder.
I have tried writing with transponder (pcf7930.7935.vvdi super chip) BMW,Tango,VVDI2 always the same result.The programmer reports that it is write ok . Tango sees a new position
Can anyone please shed some light on what the problem is ?

superchip will not work. Only pcf7935 will work. Vvdi2 works spot on

try to make a key from this file on pcf7935 and save this file to ews
