Autocom Delphi 2018.RO HELP

Hi All,
I swapped a ps4 & games plus 2 pads for a delphi new vci-a-bt and a laptop with the 2018.0 software. Wen I was shown it it worked fine, but the first time I tried to use it it crashed and the edition of Windows wasn't even real. I've sorted a clean Windows 10 but am left with this machine.
Can Anyone help please......
