audi concert 24c16 code off needed

this radio loose code each time ignition is turned off
have code but i.m tired to introduce code each time
wiring are ok also ground and positive
maybe can be code turned off?
have try some combination but not work

On these radios, cars ... the ISO connectors don't keep the standard connections.
You probably have a wire connection problem. I'm thinking especially of permanent + 12V (+ BAT), which is probably missing or on another pin of the radio.

also try another dump,no changes

Hello. I think this type cannot suppprt code off. Try to replace the 24c16 eep with a new one and write back the ori dump
