Volvo V70 2007 - CEM L Cloning - EEPROM corrupt

Hi,

I wanted to clone a CEM L, read the original flash + eeprom but eeprom is bad.
EEPROM data is corrupt because cant get any key info out.

Is it possible by EEPROM + FLASH to repair eeprom 93c86?
