Radio Blaupunkt ALFA ROMEO - Radio Blocked/Wait

I have a Radio CD for ALFA ROMEO as it blocked and it keep displaying the message "Radio Blocked/Wait".
Attached is the dump from 95320 eeprom.

Can someone to reset the counter?
