e60 cas problem

Hi gues,
Can somebody help me with CAS3. I read eeprom from CAS with VVDI Prog mcu 0L15Y and make dealer key with VVDI2.
When I put back cas on car everything is dead. Please help!

When I write some new flash I get remote working and interior light, and needles get move a little but no ignition. The same situation is with ori flash.
