Land Rover Disco 2 BCU EKA enable

Gentlemen,

I got stuck with a Land Rover Disco 2 BCU....

I managed to read the Eprom from Processor and copied the EKA Code, however, it seems disarming immobilizer by EKA has been disabled before.

Is there a bit to flip in Eeprom to enable EKA Access? Or any other option? No Keyfobs available from the car.
Any help appreciated.
