Toyota Yaris USA, help to Sync or immo data location ECU

I need help to find immo data location, this ECU from Toyota Yaris USA version with mazda engine "system" someone have tested sync like as toyota system 4&13 for 45min, or if know where is immo data in this ECU

Can someone tell me if is in SPC5746RMMT5 or any eeprom cant recognozine any eeprom inside?
