Audi a3 8p instrument cluster replacement

salve a tutti, devo sostituire una strumentazione su audi a3 8p del 2011, ho scambiato le eeprom ma con la nuova strumentazione l'auto non parte, qualcuno sa aiutarmi a codificare la nuova strumentazione?

Audi A3 8P is Micronas Dash, Eeprom is crypted by MCU, so you cannot simply swap Eeprom for Dash replacement.
You need proper tools like AVDI, Smok, VVDI2 or similar and knowledge about the system.

sorry for the post in italian, i can read the instrumentation eeprom and i have the vag-com vcds software

you cannot do it with this tools

It is also possible you entered in nice good problem by swapping eeprom from old cluster to new, maybe original eeprom content got corrupted now by the donor cluster MCU, and you will have a harder time trying to fix it all.

I hope you just read original cluster eeprom and write it in the donor cluster eeprom, and not just swap them phisically.
