    Default fiat 500 2019 need help

    car crashed
    fault p1947-68 belt starter generator (bgs)disabled by crash event
    this fault in ecm
    my question
    how to remove this fault
    need any component replaced?
    or need crash remove in ecu?

    I also have this fault code today! - car has been repaired after crash, airbag ECU has crash data cleared & no faults just this fault code in ECM - did you manage to clear this or has anybody got some knowledge on this fault code?

    *UPDATE* - If you stumble across this thread, its due to being a 'Mild' Hybrid & uses the 'Alternator' AKA 'Starter generator' - to exit hybrid mode & re-enter combustion engine mode, this gets disabled after a crash & needs resetting with dealer tool only - 5 minute job!

    Hello all,

    I have this same problem. Did everyone just request the crash data to be wiped by the dealer?
