Default HU58 1993 BMW Lishi decoding.

    322424334333
    322424334333

    HU58 oem lishi, 2 lever.
Both doorlocks, picked and turned to locking direction.
    Decoded in picking direction????
    322424334333
    A 322343
    B 244333
All were 2 3 and 4, with only a slight deviation in the reading.

This is not the correct code.

    Decoding, in picking direction?
    Or opposite?
And is there more play, when picked in locked direction, instead of unlock direction?

I dont have a 1 height cut. Or the reader is off.

And no spare lock, with key, that i could try my lishi on. To gain some insight in decoding.

    I found this thread:
    What is meant here, with,,Mod.

Decode opposite. No matter which side you turn lock or unlock, last saturday I was working with such car, turned both ways and decoded perfectly same and it was correct, the lock was in bad condiiton, 4 wafers didnt move, I raked it for 1 hour. That was very satisfying.

    Thank you,

I will return to the car, and decode it opposite.
This car, does have good working shims.

The trunk, i did not attempt to pick it. Should turn in 2 directions. Holding lesser shims.
Perhaps, sometimes easier to pick, and then use instacode.

You rake these? Never pick with lishi?

I mean I raked to free those 4 wafers which were stuck, no movement at all. Later on picked with lishi when got movement on all springs.

you must decode in opposite direction to picked , and also you must ensure you have picked twice to fully open to get accurate decode , ie ick to first turn then continue picking till it turns further.

Decode is opposite but is important how you will enter the decode on your machine - look this video

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3STunIeLeJM

Also I'm not sure that Insta have all codes for this lock - so even insta can't find code, cut the blade and try on the lock
