    Default How to extract EEPROM data from ecu?

    Hi guys, I needs your expertly on how to extract the EEPROM from the ecu
    My car is VW Polo 2017 1.2 TSI
    with Simos 10.22 ECU.

    Can i extract the EEPROM data using OBD2 or need to open the ecu to access the EEPROM chip?
    What tools needed to perform this data extraction ?

    hi, i want to unlock my car speed limit.
    i accidently lock my car speed to 30km/H using OBDeleven

    You can read/write this ecu with kess via obd2 port if you want to access and modify maps, but you can set speed limit up and down from the steering wheel what you mena you locked it?

    i accidently changed the "Static maximum speed limit" to 30KM/h using OBDeleven tools.

    you did mess..............
    try reflash ecu by sgo file or change ecu now/ + odis

    I thought just get the eeprom dump file and edit the eeprom data will do?
